HCPL Series High Speed Digital Isolators
Broadcom HCPL Series High Speed Digital Isolators feature fast timing performance and excellent transient immunity specifications. The HCPL series digital isolators are available as single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel digital isolators. These isolators feature asymmetric magnetic coupling barrier that offers typical pulse width distortion of 2ns, propagation delay skew of 4ns, and 100Mbaud data rate. These parameters make HCPL series isolators the industry”s fastest digital isolators. The HPCL digital isolators are available in 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin gull wing, 8-pin SOIC packages, and 16-pin SOIC narrow-body and wide-body packages. These isolators operate at -40°C to 100°C temperature range and 3V to 5.5V voltage range. Typical applications include digital fieldbus isolation, multiplexed data transmission, computer peripheral interface, high-speed digital systems, isolated data interfaces, and logic level shifting.
