ADuM210N Single-Channel Digital Isolators
Analog Devices Inc. ADuM210N Single-Channel Digital Isolators offer a maximum 13ns propagation delay and less than 3ns pulse width distortion (PWD) at 5V operation. These isolators provide high 100kV/µs common-mode transient immunity, a 150Mbps maximum data rate, and 5.0kV RMS withstand voltage rating. The ADuM210N isolators operate on either side of a supply voltage ranging from 1.8V to 5V. The capability to operate on either side of the supply voltage enables voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier and compatibility with lower voltage systems. Based on iCoupler® technology, the ADuM210N isolators ensure DC correctness in the absence of input logic transitions. The isolators also feature two different fail-safe options. The fail-safe options allow the outputs to transition to a predetermined state when the input power supply is not applied or the inputs are disabled.
