ADuM15x/16x Digital Isolators

Analog Devices ADuM15x/16x 5-/6-Channel Digital Isolators offer a maximum 13ns propagation delay and pulse width distortion of less than 4.5ns at 5V operation. The isolators offer a high 100kV/µs common-mode transient immunity and tight channel matching at 4ns maximum. The data channels are independent and available in a variety of configurations. The ADuM15x/16x data channels have a guaranteed data rate of 150Mbps maximum and 3kVrms withstand voltage rating. The isolators can withstand over 3kVpk injected noise without upset to ensure robust data transfer in harsh, noisy environments.
